Los objetivos de esta iniciativa son poner la atención sobre los efectos nocivos del estigma y la discriminación dirigidos a las poblaciones más afectadas por el VIH y proporcionar una plataforma para elevar la visibilidad de los esfuerzos que se realizan para proteger los derechos humanos, con el fin de detener las nuevas infecciones y garantizar el acceso universal a tratamiento, atención y apoyo.
